Becoming a Member

of the Abrigo Centre
Becoming a Member of the Abrigo Centre is open to anyone interested in the life and work of our agency. We invite any individual in our community who wants to help others in need to get involved.

As a Member you will receive correspondence from us to keep you up to date on our activities, it will allow you to participate in the election of the Board of Directors and make decisions regarding changes to the constitution and by-laws of the Abrigo Centre.

All memberships are valid for a one-year period. There is a Membership fee of $10.00 per year. Member’s fees support the vital services offered at Abrigo. First-time applications will be subject to approval by the agency.

There are three ways you can join Abrigo as a Member

Download the Membership form (.pdf), print it out, fill in your information and mail it and your fee payment (cheque or Visa information) to: Gila Raposo, Co-Executive Director, Abrigo Centre, 1645 Dufferin St. Toronto, ON M6H 3L9

E-mail or fax your completed Membership form along with your fee payment (Visa only) to egraca@abrigo.ca or 416-534-8026.

Once Abrigo has fully reopened to walk-in guests and clients, visit us in person during normal business hours.

The Abrigo is a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency. Our charity number is #129515284RR0001.
