Abrigo is open to telephone, walk-in and virtual Intake services Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and then from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Fridays are reserved for clients on a by-appointment-only basis. This means no walk-in clients are seen by a counsellor on Fridays.

Please call Abrigo first at 416-534-3434. One of our Intake Counsellors will call you back within 48 hours. Clients who visit us in-person are triaged according to need, with women facing gender-based violence taking priority. Additional appointments are often needed to address your issue or concern so calling should be your first step.

No matter how you connect with Abrigo, one of our Intake Counsellors will assess your needs and goals, and refer you to the appropriate internal or external service in a timely and responsible manner.
