Abrigo Continues Summer of Successful COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics

118 Clients Get Their First or Second Dose at Latest Event

As part of our Vaccine Engagement Activities within the City of Toronto’s York, Weston Pelham cluster, Abrigo held its fourth COVID-19 Pop-Up Clinic on Friday, September 10 at Casa das Beiras Community Centre.

As special thank you to our co-host, the office of Deputy Mayor Ana Bailao and our friends at Toronto Public Health for all their efforts to ensure our community gets vaccinated.

Over the course of the four pop-up clinics, Abrigo has helped vaccinate 463 individuals from primarily the Portuguese-speaking community. Watch for additional clinics in the coming weeks.
