Abrigo Centre has received a four-year Teen Healthy Relationships
Grant from Canadian Women’s Foundation targeting the issue of
gender based violence. This new project will be launched this Fall
in west Toronto with a focus on training and enlisting teams of youth
leaders who will, in turn, develop and implement public awareness
campaigns within their school communities. Working creatively with
their peers, these young women and men will be allying together to
say NO to gender based violence and YES to healthy relationships!
