Staff of Plan Canada Donate Bikes to Abrigo!

Team building activity creates bikes for a good cause

For a second year, the Toronto based staff of Plan Canada have partnered with the Abrigo Centre to make the holiday season a little brighter for some families in need.

As part of a team building activity, staff members at Plan Canada broke into groups and then had to work together to assemble a small children’s bike. Nelly Morgado, Human Resources Talent Manager at Plan worked with Abrigo last year to donate a variety of personal care products that went to families in need and thought of Abrigo again this year.

The result, a donation of children’s bikes that will bring a big, bright smile to the face of some very happy kids this holiday season.
